01 Education 學歷
Andre is currently pursuing a BBA in Global Business and Economics at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He earned a place on the Dean's List and is a Tung and Ngai Foundation Scholar — one of only 4 scholars selected at HKUST and 1 of just 20 chosen across Hong Kong annually. Andre 目前於香港科技大學修讀環球商業及經濟學工商管理學士課程。曾入選院長榮譽名單，並獲頒董艾教育基金獎學金，現為董艾教育基金學者 — 每年於香港科技大學僅 4 位、全港僅 20 位學子獲此殊榮。
His undergraduate research explored incentives among social enterprises and impact investors through evolutionary game theory — work completed with highest distinction under Prof. Keith Chan (PhD, Cambridge), earning a HK$6,000 research stipend. Relevant coursework spans Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Business Statistics, Macroeconomics, and Business Coding. 其本科研究透過演化博弈論，探討社會企業與影響力投資者之間的激勵機制。該項目由劍橋大學經濟學博士 Prof. Keith Chan 指導，最終以最高殊榮等級完成，並獲港幣 6,000 元研究津貼。相關課程涵蓋企業財務、財務會計、商業統計、宏觀經濟學及商業編程。

As Co-Founder and Business Director of Evenly Lab, Andre leads all fundraising, go-to-market planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development for A-EYE. He has secured support from HKSTP, HK Tech 300, and the HKUST Entrepreneurship Center, and cultivates strategic relationships with visually impaired advocacy NGOs and C-suite stakeholders at major retail and mall developers. 作為均研科技的聯合創辦人及業務總監，Andre 全面統籌 A-EYE 的籌款、市場進入策略、持份者關係及業務發展工作。其已成功取得香港科技園公司（HKSTP）、HK Tech 300 及香港科技大學創業中心的支持，並與視障倡議非政府組織及主要零售商與商場發展商的高層管理人員建立策略性合作關係。
Prior to Evenly Lab, Andre gained consulting experience with Cambridge Consulting Network and Dawn Advisory, analysed Korean and EU markets for a sustainable textile manufacturer, and grew a travel-tech company's social media reach by 600% in just one month. He also developed pitch decks and international expansion research for Butler Asia's property-technology SaaS platform alongside its co-founders. 加入均研科技之前，Andre 曾於劍橋顧問網絡及 Dawn Advisory 擔任學生顧問，亦曾為一家可持續紡織品製造商分析韓國與歐盟市場，並在一個月內將一間旅遊科技公司的社交媒體曝光度提升 600%。此外，Andre 曾為 Butler Asia 的房地產科技 SaaS 平台開發投資簡報及國際擴張研究，直接與其聯合創辦人合作。
03 Why Evenly Lab 為何加入
Andre founded Evenly Lab to bridge the gap between accessibility technology and real-world impact. He has already secured 3 Third Prizes across two categories of the 12th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the HKUST One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition Guangzhou 2025, and reached the top 5 Hong Kong teams in the 2026 PHBS-CJBS Global Pitch Competition - Hong Kong Chapter. His research background in game theory and social enterprise incentives informs how he structures partnerships — making A-EYE adoption feel natural rather than exceptional for retailers. Andre 創立均研科技，旨在縮窄無障礙科技與現實社會影響之間的距離。團隊已於第十二屆香港大學生創新及創業大賽兩個組別，以及香港科技大學百萬獎金創業大賽廣州賽中合共奪得三項三等獎，同時晉身北大滙豐-劍橋嘉治全球創新創業大賽2026 — 香港分站賽五強。其於博弈論及社會企業激勵機制方面的研究背景，為合作關係的構建提供了獨特視角 — 讓零售商視採用 A-EYE 為理所當然之事，而非特殊例外。
